Build Business. Better.
As a savvy business owner, you know that your time and resources are one of your company’s most valuable assets. What’s the value of a favorable introduction to you? Imagine a group of business owners and leaders with agreed-upon values of service and ethics, AND who are accountable to each other to help build their organizations.
Be Inspired.
PBC gives you access to other decision-makers who can empathize with a wide spectrum of business growth and challenges. Through weekly meetings, one-on-ones, and events, everyone accepted into PBC is motivated to help you build your business – and your skills, your network, and confidence.

Connections Count
Research from Oechsli Institute shows there is a significant difference between an introduction and a referral. “Eight out of every ten clients will be happy to introduce you to someone they know. That same number will feel awkward when you ask for a general referral.” (Forbes, Sal Tiano, June 23, 2020).
As members get to know you and you learn about each member, introductions become natural. PBC members are connected within their industries and with a wide network of professional and personal friends.
"Garbage in, garbage out - The quality of what you get out of anything is determined by the quality you put in." | George Fuechsel, IBM (1983)
How Do I Join PBC?
Be our Guest. Twice.
If Professional Business Consortium is of interest to you, contact one of our members or complete the contact form and one of our members will be in touch with you.
The PBC by-laws allow for only one member of a specific profession or industry into the organization. The membership chair will be in contact with you to ensure there are no conflicts with existing members. You are then invited to come as a visitor to the PBC lunch meeting up to two times.
Apply to the Group.
The membership application form is available on the contact page. Please complete the form and submit it electronically as directed on the form. If you have any questions, please reach out to your member contact or submit a message on the contact page.
Members Vote.
Your membership application form will be distributed to all members. If any member perceives a conflict of interest with their business, they can raise their concerns to the executive committee. Prospective members are voted on and must receive approval by all members in the spirit of honoring each member. The PBC President or membership chair will contact you within 3 weeks of receiving the application regarding the next steps. Welcome new members!
“PBC has helped me build my businesses over the years from referrals, but I get way more out of the experience and relationships with the members to my personal and professional growth.”
Kevin Calgren | PBC member since 2016
